About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Coles Express. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with the management of stock levels, inventory, and merchandising to ensure optimal store presentation and customer engagement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with the management of fuel sales, shop sales, and other key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement
About You
- You have a strong background in retail operations and a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders
