We're seeking a Senior Campaign Ideas Manager to join our Melbourne Studio team.

This role involves developing creative campaigns that communicate brand messages in a way that cuts through and drives results. You'll work closely with our tight-knit team called 'The Studio' to deliver integrated campaigns for brands across products, brands, and consumer categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client briefs from conception to presentation.
  • Develop and communicate new ideas that drive results.
  • Influencing positive outcomes and stakeholder management.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking different client briefs and other tasks.
  • Natural storytelling ability to communicate and present an idea or concept that delivers on key objectives and engages different groups of people.

Campaign Success Factors:
