About the Role:
This key position provides advanced specialist nursing care, leading clinical practice development and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes for those with complex needs. The successful candidate will be based in Buronga NSW and classified as Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2.
To be successful, applicants must have current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, postgraduate qualifications in Child and Family Health, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. Knowledge of Indigenous health issues and ability to provide complex care to Aboriginal families is also essential.
The primary responsibilities include delivering advanced nursing care, developing clinical practice standards, leading service delivery improvements and clinical practice development.
We are dedicated to providing high-quality public health services across various communities, employing over 800 staff across multiple facilities. Our goal is to improve health outcomes in rural NSW.
