Visual Merchandising Role

We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual standards of our company.

This role involves working closely with commercial managers to ensure that our store looks its best at all times. You will also be responsible for monitoring and interpreting sales and product rankings on a regular basis, as well as following visual directives delivered from Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
  • Develop and execute ideas for improving product presentation
  • Train and educate store teams on the latest collections and current trends
  • Support shop-floor customer service tasks

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification
  • 2 or more years of Retail experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • The ability to motivate and train future leaders
