Job Details

Liaising with retail businesses, our team implements visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer shopping experiences.

As a casual planogram implementer, you will work in Coles and Woolworths stores in the Coolangatta and Tweed Heads areas.

Previous experience is highly valued but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless execution of planograms.
  • Ensure accurate product placement and pricing in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Monitor and adjust shelf layouts as needed to maintain optimal visual appeal.
  • Document and communicate planogram implementation progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
