Job Title: Trainee

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality medical care under supervision to undifferentiated patients presenting to the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing clinical guidance to junior staff and coordinating admission, assessment, management, and discharge planning of patients, including critically ill cases.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes through consultation and liaison.
  • Coordinating diagnostic tests and consultations, arranging patient discharge processes, and communicating assessment and management decisions.
  • Participating in teaching, research, and quality programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications and experience commensurate with Essential Requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
