Job Title: Junior Medical Officer Support Specialist

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Junior Medical Officers, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.

  • Liaise with medical staff, handling enquiries related to rotations, rosters, payroll, leave, registration, and immigration
  • Provide administrative support for annual JMO recruitment, ensuring compliance with necessary practices and meeting set deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, data, and paperwork with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and implement effective rostering systems to meet operational needs
  • Collaborate with hospital management to optimize administrative processes
