Job Title: Pricing Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to join our Strategic Pricing unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex pricing formulas tailored to product family groups. This role requires a strong willingness to learn the ball bearing industry and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Manage pricing activities, including contracts, customer rebates, and ad hoc pricing, while maintaining accurate pricing data across all systems.

  • Pricing Analysis:

    Generate and analyze pricing reports to inform strategic decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure pricing accuracy, alignment, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Data Analytics Background:

    A background in data analytics or pricing is essential for this role.

  • Technical Skills:

    Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, table arrays, and PivotTables, are required.

  • Attention to Detail:

    Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are necessary for success in this role.
