Strategically-Minded Sponsorship Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Sponsorship Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers, overseeing sponsorship contract performance and negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities within current and new customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic partnerships with key customers across various properties.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Identify business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.
  • Develop and execute sponsorships and events that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze key financial indicators.
