As a dynamic and growing company, we are seeking a highly skilled Banking Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bank account reconciliation, daily cash management, and cash flow forecasting, as well as the administration of our banking portal and other treasury-related operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation, including monthly claims and reconciling payments.
  • Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate intercompany funding.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Manage bank accounts and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Administer the banking portal and other treasury-related systems.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist with the execution of bank guarantees and ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions.
  • Maintain a bank guarantee register and follow up on matured guarantees for cancellation.
  • Measure and report on working capital management metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, including system implementation project support.
