This is a challenging and varied role that requires the ability to maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, and reconcile supplier invoices and payments. As a Finance Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring the day-to-day financial functions of the company run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fortnightly payroll processing
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments including preparation of EFT payments
- Undertake debtor collections, reconciliations and receipting of client payments
- Credit card expense processing and reconciliation
- Assist with month-end debtor reporting and reconciling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for reporting
About You:
- Sound experience with payroll processes
- Understanding of general ledger allocations and principles
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using MYOB, TimeTrak and/or ezyCollect would be an advantage
