We're seeking a skilled Senior Cook to join our team at Guzman y Gomez, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional Mexican food experiences to our customers.

About the Role

As a Senior Cook, you'll be responsible for aiding in the training and growth of our kitchen team, while also providing support to the Restaurant Manager in overseeing key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses.

Requirements
  • Experience in a Kitchen or Cooking Role within a Busy Hospitality Environment
  • Experience Leading and Developing a Team
  • Ability to Understand and Interpret Key Kitchen Financial Performance Indicators
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent Experience
  • Sound Understanding of Food Safety Concerns
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
