  • Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring optimal utilization of our imaging facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with our clinical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication is essential.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Handle complex situations with empathy and find solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortably navigate our systems and software.
  • Prior Experience: Contact centre experience or experience handling high volumes of inbound calls (highly desirable).

Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
