CQUniversity is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified teachers/tutors to support the delivery of our Vocational Information and Communications Technology (ICT) courses.

About the Opportunity

This casual engagement will involve teaching VET units in blocks of 9 or 20 weeks, with staff contracted based on student enrolments in each block. You will have the opportunity to work with students, share your knowledge and experience, and contribute to the growth and development of CQUniversity's School of Engineering and Technology.

About You
  • You will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Diploma or higher level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.
  • You will possess relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level to be delivered: industry qualification (certificate, industry certification, diploma, degree or masters).
  • You will have several years' industry experience in at least two of the following discipline areas: network planning, installation, and configuration, network security, virtual computing, cyber security, project management, business needs analysis, and PC hardware and software technical support.
