About the Role

You will work closely with our team to create memorable moments for customers, from showcasing premium products to ensuring seamless in-store operations. Your passion for streetwear and sneaker culture will shine through as you engage with customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-notch customer service, offering expert advice on our latest products
  2. Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment
  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and trends
  4. Assist with processing large volumes of stock and managing inventory effectively
  5. Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • An open mind and willingness to learn and grow with the company
