Job Title: Governance and Improvement DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Governance and Improvement Director to join our team at Grampians Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic guidance on quality improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective systems and processes that promote efficiency and excellence.
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in governance and quality improvement.
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field, such as Quality Improvement or Healthcare Management.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
The salary range for this position is AUD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
