Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Vocational Education and Training leader to spearhead our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Elevate compliance with ASQA, AVETMISS, NCVER, and government standards
  • Drive assessment review, validation sessions, and audits forward
  • Maintain accurate student records and assessment services, including RPL processes and certificate issuance
  • Develop and implement curriculum strategies, training needs analysis, and industry consultation initiatives
  • Create and refine training and assessment plans, course descriptions, and resources including e-learning materials and interactive content
  • Analyse online learner engagement and enhance digital course quality for completions
  • Design engaging online learning modules ensuring accessibility for diverse adult learners
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities while managing reporting requirements effectively
  • Promote WEA Sydney's VET offerings to meet community and industry demands
