Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly skilled Movement Therapists to join our team, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Movement Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing participants' physical level of function and capacity, interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants achieve their full potential.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support services, promoting independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for our participants. Our Tamworth team is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and fostering the growth and development of others within the broader team.
As a Movement Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify participants' strengths and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address participants' unique needs and goals
- Providing therapeutic interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other evidence-based treatments, to help participants achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist or allied health professional
