As a senior GRC specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing security risk and IRAP assessment practice.

This role offers an ambitious and autonomous senior security professional the opportunity to make a tangible impact and grow their career within a rapidly expanding organisation that prioritises innovation and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of defence domain cybersecurity practices.

Given the sensitive nature of this engagement, the successful applicant must hold an active Australian security clearance (minimum NV1).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and document strategic security practices for Defence standard systems compliance
  • Liaise with business, executive management, and third-party vendor providers to elicit and analyse key requirements
  • Evaluate and implement robust security measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of defence domain cybersecurity practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in highly classified, state-of-the-art data and information environments
  • Active Australian security clearance (minimum NV1)
