Job Description\

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to fill this challenging role. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for providing holistic support to students who require targeted interventions and individualized care.\
\
Your primary focus will be on creating a supportive learning environment that promotes engagement, wellbeing, and effective teaching practices. You will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and other stakeholders to develop and implement student plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.\
\

Required Skills and Qualifications\
\
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:\
\
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field \
• Valid teaching certification \
• Strong understanding of inclusive education, Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and trauma-informed practices within a primary setting \
• Expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum \
• Proven success in supporting students with complex behaviour and diverse learning needs \
• Strong data literacy and analytical skills to inform targeted interventions and whole-school improvement\
