Key Service Operations Role

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting professional to join our operations team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work with international vendors and global logistics partners to optimize service delivery.
  • Oversee case distribution and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Liaise with the service team to create and distribute estimates and invoices.
  • Coordinate shipments of parts to customers and service technicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding service status and case updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in service operations.
  • Assist with CRM administration and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for inbound parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Superlative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
