Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our operations team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the business.

This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where you will be responsible for working with international vendors and global logistics partners.

Main Responsibilities:

Service Operations Support

· Oversee distribution of technical service cases and optimize the service program.

· Identify opportunities for increased efficiency.

· Liaise with the service team to create and distribute estimates and invoices.

· Coordinate outbound shipments of parts to customers and service technicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

· Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding service status and case updates.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (field service) to implement process improvements in service operations.

· Assist with CRM administration.

· Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for inbound parts.

· Support Operations leadership in daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree required.

· High level of organization and time management skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Solid business acumen.

· Superlative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
