About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children from six weeks to six years of age.

  • Dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Supports the Room Leader in implementing curriculum plans and documenting children's learning journeys.
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • A team player who collaborates with colleagues to achieve quality outcomes and reflects on best practice to continuously improve.
  • Motivated to pursue personal growth and quality improvement, and contributes to a culture of continuous learning and development within the centre.
  • Takes pride in maintaining a well-presented and welcoming learning environment that meets the needs of children, families, and staff.
  • Available to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • Holds an ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma qualification in early childhood education and care.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
