**Job Description**
We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Kenmore - Kerlsey Road. As a vital member of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the needs of our children
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that promote learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment

**Requirements**
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
