A Senior Civil Design and Drafting Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to deliver high-quality design and drafting solutions across various projects, from large-scale Defence Programs to local urban developments, water and sewer infrastructure, renewable energy, mining and dams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document advanced civil designs, including earthworks, roadworks, drainage, water, and sewage infrastructure using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD 2023, ProjectWise, 12d, Revizto, and Navisworks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery, quality design outcomes, and timely completion.
  • Train and supervise junior drafters while maintaining excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in applicable Australian standards and guidelines in civil design and drafting.
  • Proven experience in design and drafting across a range of civil disciplines and projects.
  • Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualification with proficiency in relevant software.
  • Excellent team-oriented focus and passion for delivering high-quality work.
