Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to our standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, operating kitchen equipment, handling cash transactions, and communicating effectively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Prepare food according to Burger Urge standards and recipes, including cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure orders are prepared correctly and quickly

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus generous employee discounts on menu items and merchandise. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational and time management skills. Previous experience in the quick service industry is highly preferred.
