We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to join our team based in Rockhampton. Reporting to the Imaging Queensland Administration Manager, this role will oversee the effective supply and deployment of administrative staff and equipment to meet the requirements of our front-of-house administrative service across our Central Queensland Radiology sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day administrative operational services across all sites, ensuring staff have a clear understanding of their roles.
- Supporting administrative teams across sites, ensuring staff are working effectively and efficiently.
- Effectively communicating with colleagues, radiologists, patients, hospital management, and referrers.
- Providing comprehensive monthly reports to the Administration Manager.
- Supporting and contributing to the achievement of organisational goals and providing quality service to patients.
