About the CompanyOur client is a well-established engineering consultancy with a reputation for providing cost-effective solutions across the Surat Basin, South Burnett, Wide Bay, and Western Queensland. They offer a wide range of engineering services, including civil, structural, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering, and have a strong network of industry affiliations and memberships.
Responsibilities- Producing and reviewing structural designs
- Allocating jobs and providing leadership to other engineers
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Conducting site inspections
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
- RPEQ/CPEng accreditation or evidence of progression towards achieving these accreditations
- Approximately 5-7 years Australian engineering consultancy experience
- Competency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Auto CAD, Revit, Microstran)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
If successful, you will be offered a competitive base salary of between $140,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation, a fully maintained dual cab utility with fuel card, and annual discretionary bonus. Relocation assistance is also available for candidates applying from outside the Toowoomba region.
