Urgent Care Nursing Position

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our Urgent Care team. As a vital member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing support and ensure all patients receive appropriate care in collaboration with Registered Nurses.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting RNs in providing patient care, performing various care activities, and conducting diagnostic tests as directed by the RN.
Responsibilities
- Assist RNs in providing high-quality patient care for injuries or illnesses.
- Perform care activities including administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and providing patient education.
- Conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by the RN.
- Ensure patient care activities are within scope of practice and comply with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience in a primary care setting, with a focus on chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
