Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Design Technical Specialist to lead our team's design efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or a related field, with experience in technical drafting and 3D modeling.

A solid understanding of building information modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD is essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all designs meet relevant codes and regulations, including the National Construction Code (NCC) and R-Codes.

Detailed knowledge of Shire policies and developer guidelines is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of detailed design plans and specifications

Requirements
  • Qualification in Architecture or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in technical drafting and 3D modeling
