High-Tech Technical Designer

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality technical design services that meet the client's expectations and contribute to Clough's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver technically acceptable design services for approved work to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of design and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare, review and file design documents, deliverables and other design information.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of systems across the division.
- Support customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.
- Regularly communicate progress, areas of concern/issues and potential changes to the manager.
- Senior Design experience within engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in one or more of the following sectors – Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals and Infrastructure/Utilities.
- Strong EPC (greenfield and brownfield) experience.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, generating MTOs, pipe isometrics, independent starter of piping layouts, SMAT, Bulkload/pipeline activities, project S3D administration, Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Microstation, Smart 3D and Navisworks.
