Our mission is to deliver high-quality essential home-based services for older adults in the Bendigo community.
This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your own caseload while still being connected to a broader organisational support structure.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering focused home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP).
You will work primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill as needed. You will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead.

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Physiotherapist to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make choices, and achieving exceptional outcomes.
- You are a passionate and motivated physiotherapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice.
- You want to make a meaningful contribution in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make informed decisions, and achieving outstanding results.
- You are interested in a full-time opportunity or working 4 days per week (Negotiable).
- A current Working With Children Check card.
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations.
- Australian working rights.
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance.
