Clinical Applications Officer Job Description

The successful candidate will undertake systems integrity of the digital medical record (DMR) and support the implementation and development of clinical modules and applications within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DMR/EMR Integration: Identify, prioritise, develop and implement DMR/EMR integration initiatives across various departments
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain the database structure and associated ancillary tools to ensure data integrity
  • Nodes Development: Develop and maintain nodes in DMR structure administration to facilitate the introduction of new outpatient clinics or community services
  • User Training and Support: Train and support users, developing/maintaining educational resources to enhance user experience
  • HelpDesk Services: Provide HelpDesk duties during business hours, including phone, email and face-to-face support for login issues and time-critical password resets
