As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our citrus fruit packing process.

About the Role

  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on citrus fruit during and after packing to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Accurately complete electronic QA records and reports
  • Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain food safety standards
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and packing teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Support general packing or sorting tasks as required to meet business needs

  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills to identify any defects or issues
  • Clear communication and ability to follow established procedures to ensure quality control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and adapt to changing priorities
  • Punctuality, reliability and commitment to consistent work during peak periods

Applicants must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from the packing facility.
