As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and service. Working closely with our Head Chef and the Hotel Services team, you'll be involved in food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas.
The Role
- Assist the cook and chef manager in preparing meals.
- Engage with residents to create a warm and inviting dining environment.
- Clean kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment.
- Excellent safety awareness – adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation.
- Work effectively with fellow team members to coordinate meal service and maintain a smooth operation.
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen environments.
- A genuine sense of care and compassion, especially during mealtimes.
- Ability to problem solve, work with limited supervision, and 'think on your feet'.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A hardworking and flexible attitude with good availability.
