About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and aspirational Senior Digital Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for undertaking digital design activities relating to seasonal, promotional and in-house marketing content. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Trade event digital rollout
  • Monthly campaign global digital rollout
  • Global eDMs and modules
  • Global website assets (home page, landing pages, product listing page banners, ads)
  • Third party website assets, affiliate banners
  • Social marketing assets (Paid social and organic)

You will be responsible for ensuring all creative is consistent, highly polished and on brand. You will also support the Digi Design Manager when necessary and manage and guide Midweight and Junior Digital Designers. Additionally, you will support with additional items and workload where required.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a tertiary level design qualification and demonstrated experience in a similar role. Experience with fashion/retail brands is desirable, and a passion for the fashion industry is essential. You will have intermediate-advanced skills in Adobe AfterEffects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop. Experience in Adobe AfterEffects is highly regarded, as is knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals. You will have exceptional design skills, an eye for content quality, and creative typographic and crafting skills. You will also be highly effective in interpreting briefs and delivering and executing creative concepts.

You will have experience in producing high volume, on-brand global Social Media (Instagram, TikTok) posts, stories, and paid social video content. You will also have experience in producing high volume, on-brand global eDMs and modules. You will be able to produce high-quality artwork within tight timeframes and have excellent creative and artistic presentation skills. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and be results-driven and able to multitask. You will also be able to work effectively and level-headed under pressure and be receptive and responsive to constructive feedback.
