About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Mona Vale. As a key member of our cleaning and trolley collection team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is always pristine and clean for our customers.

Job Summary

This part-time and casual opportunity involves working as part of a dynamic team to complete various cleaning tasks, collect trolleys from the car park, and support waste processing routines. You will be fully trained to operate a range of equipment and have access to tools that make your job easier and safer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete allocated daily tasks such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room, as well as emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
