Key Responsibilities:

  2. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects and service works are delivered on time and within budget.">
  3. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSEQ) standards to maintain safety and compliance across all project and service sites.">
  4. Manage financial reports and oversee monthly client invoicing for accuracy and timeliness.">
  5. Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business within existing accounts.">
  6. Lead and coordinate project and service teams to maximize efficiency and performance.">
  7. Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.">
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.">
  9. Estimate and tender on project and service work, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.">
  10. Resolve client issues and handle complaints promptly.">
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.">
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

">

Minimum of 5 years post-trade electrical experience.

">

Certificate IV in Project Management or Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is advantageous.

">

Current Unrestricted Electrical Licence.

">

Cablers Licence (Preferred).

">

CPR & LV Rescue Certificate.

">

Construction Industry General Safety Induction.

">

Current Manual Drivers Licence.

">

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.

">

Experience in job estimating and quoting.

">

Budget management experience.

">

Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards.

">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and work under pressure.

">

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

">

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook); familiarity with simPRO is a plus.

">

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
