Job Title: Business Trainer - Student Support

Job Summary:

ILSC Education Group is seeking a skilled Business Trainer to join our team at our Melbourne CBD Campus. As a Business Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering on-campus support classes to students, providing dedicated student support, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-campus support classes to students
  • Provide dedicated student support, including supervised and guided self-access
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as marking, student completions, assessment moderation, and student progress meetings
  • Support academic management with a range of tasks, including faculty support and national delivery alignment
  • Develop and implement training programs to support student learning and achievement

Requirements:

  • Experience and currency in one or more of the qualifications listed above (Certificate II Workplace Skills, Certificate III/IV Business, Certificate IV/ Diploma Marketing & Communication, Diploma of Project Management, Diploma/Advanced of Leadership & Management)
  • A relevant Certificate, Degree or Diploma
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE or higher
  • Sensitivity to cultural and language issues facing overseas students
