Supply Chain Planner

About the Role
PepsiCo is seeking a talented Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in enabling sales growth with high service levels through maintaining target stock levels and managing short-term capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain target stock levels at site necessary to deliver sales plans with high service levels and minimal low-code write-offs.
- Agree and maintain scheduling guidelines with the front-line manufacturing teams.
- Manage short-term and medium-term production capacity through anticipating capacity constraints and planning overtime, effective stock building, agreeing engineering downtime windows, implementing production prioritization as directed by the national team.
- Maintain daily attainment KPI for all lines and feedback performance to line teams on schedule attainment to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Management/ Engineering or related discipline (ideally Supply Chain), APICS degree, or experience in (min 2 yrs), a flexible, customer-driven supply chain, from a manufacturing or supply chain.
- Influencing & communication skills to enable working at both floor-level and management level within operations.
- Ability to manage to tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills.
- Strong PC skills including SAP, financial modelling, Intermediate Excel spreadsheet and report writing skills as a minimum.
