About This Role

PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader that is seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in enabling sales growth with high service levels through maintaining target stock levels and managing short-term capacity. You will be responsible for delivering production plans and schedules to manufacturing teams to ensure that sales requirements are produced as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain target stock levels at site necessary to deliver sales plans with high service levels and minimal low code write-offs.
  • Agree and maintain scheduling guidelines with the front-line manufacturing teams.
  • Manage short-term and medium-term production capacity through anticipating capacity constraints and planning overtime, effective stock building, agreeing engineering downtime windows, implementing production prioritisation as directed by the national team.
  • Maintain daily attainment KPI for all lines and feedback performance to line teams on schedule attainment to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Management/ Engineering or related discipline (ideally Supply Chain), APICS degree, or experience in (min 2 yrs), a flexible, customer-driven supply chain, from a manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Influencing & communication skills to enable working at both floor-level and management level within operations.
  • Ability to manage to tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Strong PC skills including SAP, financial modelling, Intermediate Excel spreadsheet and report writing skills as a minimum.
