About the Role:

This Administrative Officer Level 2 will work alongside experienced clinicians to provide exceptional care to families in our community.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service, acting as the first point of contact for families and service providers.

Your strong communication and organisational skills will support both the team and our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and public enquiries.
  • Manage the service email inbox and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Oversee accurate data entry for child behaviour and caregiver checklists.
  • Maintain and manage both electronic and physical patient records.
  • Record and track maintenance requests for the service.
  • Coordinate the booking system for fleet vehicles, ensuring availability and efficient use.

About You:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

You should thrive in a team environment and be always willing to lend a hand.

You are confident working with databases, Microsoft Office, and internal systems. Experience in a healthcare or community service setting is an advantage.
