Our team specializes in assisting investors, developers, first-home buyers, and existing mortgage holders by building strong relationships with our clients and partners to deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term and quality client relationships.
  • Build strong partnerships with accountants, financial planners, and real estate agents to generate referrals.
  • Attend industry events to build and source new client relationships.
  • Participate in online marketing activities.
  • Convert online enquiries into business opportunities.
  • Availability on weekends for clients and partners is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in the mortgage broking or lending industry is desired but not mandatory.
  2. Ability to guide customers through the lending journey from start to finish.
  3. Experience in residential lending processes across various lenders.
  4. Proficiency in reading financial statements, structuring loans, and determining servicing capacity.
  5. Experience dealing with complex/challenging deals (Trusts, Self-Employed, Investors, Developers).
