Operations and Finance Officer Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations and Finance Officer.

  • Supporting head office financial accounting, including daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting;
  • Providing internal controls for the reconciliation workflow;
  • Reconciling external and internal transaction records;
  • Operating multiple systems to prepare reports on capacity and status of daily operations;
  • Liaising with other departments to manage effective controls on funds distribution as planned;
  • Supporting team members on clarification of enquiries from other departments;
  • Delegating and escalating any risk/urgent issues to Supervisors/Management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the finance industry;
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables essential);
  • IT savvy and ability to navigate around systems;
  • PREFERRED WITH EXPERIENCE IN DATA PROCESSING / RECONCILIATION OR RELATED FIELD;
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, NATIVE SPEAKER PREFERRED;
  • STRONG NUMERACY SKILLS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
