We are seeking a qualified Childcare Worker to join our team at a well-established early learning provider.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing young minds and creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster emotional wellbeing, creativity, and foundational skill-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Facilitate intentional teaching moments through storytelling, music, art, and sensory exploration.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards, including nappy changing, toileting assistance, and mealtime supervision.
  • Build trusting relationships with families through daily conversations and formal progress updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in long day care or similar setting
  • Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, and proof of vaccination
  • Working with Children rights
  • Police check
  • Strong communication skills with children, colleagues, and families
