
Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to develop and manage relationships, building successful partnerships and delivering quality opportunities for our customers.
This role champions us as a leading employment service partner of choice. Our ideal candidate will utilize their sales and relationship skills to source new employment opportunities, empower and connect customers to sustainable employment, and interview and match customers to appropriate jobs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales and business development with a passion for growth
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a strong focus on customer care
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to obtain the necessary certifications
