About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation in the complementary medicine space to source a skilled R&D Chemist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to drive product development projects forward
  • Formulate products that meet company quality and efficacy expectations
  • Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to ensure formulation robustness and efficacy claims compliance
  • Develop and maintain Master Formulas for all products manufactured within the company
  • Collate documentation data sets from raw material suppliers for new materials to be qualified into the approved list
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in chemistry, science, or chemical engineering
  • Excellent lab practices, regulatory compliance, and record keeping
  • In-depth knowledge of TGA and GMP regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
