Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation in the complementary medicine space to source a skilled R&D Chemist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative products.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients and suppliers to drive product development projects forward
- Formulate products that meet company quality and efficacy expectations
- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to ensure formulation robustness and efficacy claims compliance
- Develop and maintain Master Formulas for all products manufactured within the company
- Collate documentation data sets from raw material suppliers for new materials to be qualified into the approved list
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in chemistry, science, or chemical engineering
- Excellent lab practices, regulatory compliance, and record keeping
- In-depth knowledge of TGA and GMP regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A full-time, permanent role with a salary of up to $95K + super (dependent on experience)
