Therapist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our dedicated team. As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapy services and supporting the growth of our team members.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential and possesses excellent teamwork skills, including communication, advocacy, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualised therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team setting, working from various locations including clinics, schools, and community-based settings.
  • Provide 1:1 and group therapy sessions, collaborating with teachers and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess passion and dedication for helping clients succeed through fun yet functional therapy.
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration skills, including communication, advocacy, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Show commitment to client-centered and family-centered practices.
Essential Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant qualification or registration.
  • Possess a valid Working With Children Check.
  • Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Have a current National Police Check.
  • Be eligible to hold a Driver's Licence.
