Your Role as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Leader:- Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and therapy for a varied paediatric caseload.
- Lead service development and quality improvement within our Occupational Therapy team.
- Provide clinical support and opportunities for mentoring junior staff and students as our team grows.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, fun, and family-centred empowerment.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus in paediatrics.
- A passion for play-based, evidence-based, and family-centred care.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
