We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our dynamic paediatric practice on an exciting growth trajectory.

Your Role as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Leader:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessment and therapy for a varied paediatric caseload.
  • Lead service development and quality improvement within our Occupational Therapy team.
  • Provide clinical support and opportunities for mentoring junior staff and students as our team grows.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, fun, and family-centred empowerment.
About You:
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus in paediatrics.
  • A passion for play-based, evidence-based, and family-centred care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
