The Role

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a P&C Manager. Reporting to the P&C Director, this role is about creating a workplace where our people can thrive. You'll provide hands-on strategic input and advice on key priorities such as team effectiveness, talent management, organisation design, workforce planning and cultivating culture.

Your Responsibilities
  • 10+ years of experience in the P&C function, including time as a generalist
  • Deep knowledge of P&C best practices, Australian employment laws, and performance management processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
